Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
